There comes a moment in every person’s journey when the body whispers, “I’m ready.”

For years I’ve held people in that tender space beneath the noise and performance, the place where your true essence lives, waiting to be met with presence. And from Spring 2026, this journey will have a new home for one week a month as I split my time between Yorkshire and Nortumbria.
From April 2026, Awakening Your Inner Essence sessions will be offered from my private, discreet retreat centre in rural Northumberland, resting gently between Alnwick and Seahouses. This is a space I own personally, purposely built, a self-contained sanctuary surrounded by countryside, endless sky, and the kind of quiet that lets your nervous system finally exhale.
Everything has been created intentionally:
Private on-site parking, a warm and welcoming space with no overlooking neighbours, showers for before and after your session, and a log burner for those cooler Northumberland days. The moment you walk through the door, the space invites you to soften, slow down, and arrive fully in your body.
This work moves at the pace your body chooses, never rushed, never pushed, just an unfolding.
Full session dates for Northumberland will be released in February 2026.

So many people reach a point where they realise they have never truly been met in their sensuality. Never touched with reverence. Alongside the launch of my new retreat space, I am also saying yes to something many people have asked me for over the years.
From the end of 2026, I aim to offer Tantric Massage Training from my retreat centre for small groups of up to 10 people.
These intimate trainings will be rooted in embodiment, presence, consent, energy awareness, and the deeply sacred nature of this work. They will be held in the same private, nurturing environment as my sessions, allowing students to learn and explore in a safe, grounded container.
I am currently building the dedicated website for these trainings, and more details will be shared soon. Those on my notification list will receive the very first updates.
My Northumberland retreat centre has been created as a sanctuary for your unfolding, spacious, private, quiet, and held with deep care. A place where your body can breathe, where your essence can rise, and where you can explore who you are becoming with reverence and curiosity.
