Imagine the breath traveling all the way down to your pelvis, gently filling your body with energy. It’s also important not to hold your breath at any point, which is something many people unconsciously do during a regular orgasm. Holding your breath keeps the energy stuck, so I’ll encourage you to breathe openly and fully throughout the experience.
During the session, I’ll also guide you in using visualization to help direct your energy. As you breathe, I’ll invite you to imagine pulling the energy up through your body, from your pelvis up to your heart, and even higher to the crown of your head. This upward movement of energy is a hallmark of the full body orgasm, and through visualization, you can begin to direct that energy consciously, allowing it to move freely.
