I am often asked what is tantric massage and or for more details so I feel to write a blog giving those seeking some answers a bit more information.
Tantric massage is given as a one way touch from me to you, I can be clothes or naked while giving the massage but what ever my state of dress it is still one way touch. The essence of the massage really is about meeting you where you are at and honouring your intentions for the massage. Tantric Massage could be about experiencing pleasure and tightened sexual arousal in your body through one way touch form me to you. Tantric Massage could be about rebalancing connecting fully with yourself or it could be about trauma release and healing. It really does depend on what your intention is as to what the massage is about, whatever the intention of the tantric massage I will hold the space for you.
The tantric massage can include genital massage but does not have to we can discuss your boundaries at the beginning of each session when the intentions are set. I have found in my experience that no two tantra massages are the same as I am going with the energy flow in any given moment so unlike traditional massage where it is very structured back legs, arms, front face etc, tantric massage looks at the body as a whole and I will work where the energy is going.
Within the tantric massage I can also guide you into some breathing techniques to help you connect more fully with your body and notice fully the sensations and feelings arising. Also unlike a traditional massage tantra massage is given with reverence and a full honouring of your body and has a quality of touch that is generally difficult to find in beauty massages. Tantric massage is itself a ritual and treated with the sacredness of ritual bringing together ancient wisdoms and modern day life. Tantric massage is esoteric and is rooted in ancient wisdoms taking some principals of ancient wisdoms and knowledge of the subtle body creates the magic that is tantra massage.
In giving the tantric massage I work with the whole body, mind and soul using a combination of genre caresses, energetic touch and deeper tissue massage., given from a heart space creating a loving touch. Using my feminine intuition to connect you to your senses and working to your intentions allowing your full body to be come awakened.
A tantric massage usually finished with genital massage but it does not have to the longer one stays in arousal the more likely to experience the loss of transendence.
The genital massage is a massage and does NOT use masturbation techniques and there is no expectation for any level of performance freeing up the capacity to immerse yourself in pleasure.
The massage is about you and connecting you to your own pleasure as a one way touch it is about alighting the fine inside of you and giving you the space to fully notice the nuances of sensations, it is your time to receive loving heart centred touch and to be fully honoured without any pressures of performance.
The list just goes on and on and it really wlil come down to your intention at the beginning of the massage. Tantric massage is esoteric so I can only describe it In words the real way to understand it is to open yourself up tot he experience of it
