I invite you to drop into an immersive experience and explore your full potential. In this one to one day created to you needs we will explore the full range of my offerings and draw out the components that are best suited to your needs.
In a relaxed and fun environment we will journey together in your experience. Exploring the possibilities, the limitations, the body, the mind and what holds you back.
This special day could be as profound as wish to make it and my intention is to give you some resources and tolls to draw on in your everyday life. It could also be a day of complete escapism and engaging in some authentic heart centred connection.
Imagine for just one day you can let go and just be you, dropping the stress of every day life and the responsibilities. Together we will get curious and playful, we will laugh and we may cry. I will create a space where you can be truly seen, heard, held and witnessed. I will bring my authentic self to our time together and my open heart and mind. A day of human connection that is real and heartfelt is a great way to get back in touch with who you really are.
Depending on what you want to get out of the day I will draw on all of skills and we will co create something together. It could include any of the following

How to Book Me
The best way to book is call me between 730am and 930am please note that I don’t answer my phone when in sessions. If you call outside these times the likely hood is you will receive a text acknowledging your call and a gentle reminder to call between 730am and 930am. You could also email, text or Whatsap me to ask for my availability which I will be happy to send for you.
If you have a questions or you wish to book a discovery call please note that these do need to be booked in advance so it may be better to text, email or whatsap to arrange this.
I am like to pre plan my days so it is and it is only occasionally that I have immediate available so please be aware that you do need to book in advance.
Deposit
I will require a £350.00 deposit for all bookings before I can confirm the booking
Deposits can be made by bank transfer, card machine or paypal. If you need to cancel or postpone the session the following terms apply.
